The aculeus is the pointy stinger of the Scorpion. This sauce is made from Tinidad Moruga Scorpion peppers and its sting is from a mixed berry and carrot puree. Sweetened with honey and preserved with apple cider vinegar, this is in our desert lineup of hot sauces for a reason; it's great on ice cream too.
